Due to the nature of the product some variances between the same products can
occur. Variation in size can also occur, due to the natural movement of the wool in ready made products. This is not seen as a fault in the product. Colour variation can occur from batch to batch of material received, this is not seen as a fault in the product.
Returns and Exchanges
If you believe an item you receive has a fault, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving goods and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please include the order number when emailing us.
All orders are final and cannot be
cancelled once the order has been confirmed. If you have made a mistake when ordering online, please
contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to amend.
There are no returns for change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and must also be in the
original packaging. Gift certificates of any kind are non refundable.
Refunds will be granted provided the item has not met one or both of the following criteria:
- Item is damaged or defective
- Item is clearly not as described
Please notify via email if your product is defective and you would like to return it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send
you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We
will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed,
and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or
original method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address given to you via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping
costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or
purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive
your returned item.
